I have been using a Spanish vodafone prepayfor the past 7 years. In November when I returned there I found that the phone was blocked. I was told that I needed to register with Vodafone for security reasons they had introduced new procedures.
I registered on 12th November and was told in 3 days I would be able to use my phone again. I still was not able to use my phone on 8th December. Does anybody know if my credit and phone number are gone for good.
I would be grateful to know if anybody else have been affected.
