Phone stolen, how to freeze revolut card?

Just wondering if anyone knows of a way to freeze a revolut card or Google Wallet when your phone is stolen. Son had card linked to Google Wallet and phone was snatched. Any attempt I've made to log into revolut on the laptop has resulted in them sending a code to his phone to verify which I don't have. Customer service haven't replied yet, Many thanks in advance

How do I freeze my Revolut card without my phone?


You can freeze/unfreeze your card instantly in the 'Cards' section, by tapping the card icon in the top right of the Revolut app or on our website. You can also block your card via our automated phone line +44 20 3322 8352.

Google Wallet

First, go to android.com/find and sign into your Google account. You'll be able to remotely lock and sign out of your device or delete all the content on the device and reset it. Then, contact us so we can stop any cards with us that you've added to Google Wallet.
