Phone calls taped in work

The company I work for tape calls, with union agreement. However I recently discovered tapes of calls are being played to groups of managers outside the agreed terms. Is there any law to protect myself from this type of usage. Thanks for any advice.
 
Hi,

Have you raised this issue with your Union Committee or phoned your Union direct to speak to your Official? Either would/should be aware of this matter and would be most suited to querying it with Management.

I've contacted my union, but they have been slow to get back to me. I've told them I think management are using the taped calls outside the orginal agreement. Still waiting for a response.
 
What exactly where they using the tapes out side of the agrreement for? Was it trainning etc etc?

At the end of the day what difference does it make? If you are doing your job you would have nothing to worry about!!!
