Personal Development / Self Esteem Course in the Tipp /Waterford area.

Am wondering if anyone knows of a good course for Self Esteem and Personal development in the Tipp /Waterford area. I have a friend who could really benefit from this and is always talking about one but I dont know where to start looking for one. I am based in Dublin.

She could try her local evening class provider and also the local health services. At a pinch the local psychology dept should be able to point her in the right direction. There's a website called LearningIreland (I think) which might also have details.

A good course in CBT with a suitably skilled and qualified therapist might be useful as well or instead.
