Personal Banking: PremTSB closing in my town: of the three BOI AIB Ulster is best opt

I am currently banking with Perm tsb however the branch in my town is closing and i need to open an account with a bank in town for people renting my house to lodge money into.

My question out of the three BOI AIB Ulster which would be my best option?


I have read the literature available but just want opinion and or suggestions?

I moved my current account from EBS to Ulster Bank about 6 months ago, and they gave me €150 freebie, about 3 weeks ago an atm machine (AIB) debited €100 twice from my account in error, and I have got it refunded and found UB to have been very helpful and have had no other problems.
