T Thirsty Registered User Messages 3,754 13 Jul 2014 #1 Have finally completed the CA24 form & the PA2 form for a personal application. So just doing a check over everything and the PA1 leaflet from the Probate office says I need to supply the following forms... 1.Application Form PA2 - Check (helpful explanation included) 2. Two Inland Rev. Affidavits (CA24) - Check (helpful explanation included) 3. Form of Understanding - eh... what? (blank, de nada, not a word!) can anyone help with this elusive form?

It is actually a form called 'Form of Understanding' and its on the courts.ie/probate website, under personal applications - small print on the right side of the screen. [broken link removed]
