Pepper docs for buying a home.

Hi
We are sale agreed on a house , our solicitor told us, over the phone, that he is waiting for few queries from vendor's solicitor regarding Pepper mortgage.I presume it was a let to buy and transfered from PTSB ..we are waiting for about 5 weeks now.
What can be so hard to get from them ,what kind of docs? Don't want to lose this house but our solicitor won't let us sign anything without this docs.
Any help would be kindly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I don't understand but if you want to know what documents your solicitor is waiting on and why there's a delay then you should ask him again.
