Pensions quandry - moving internationally

I worked abroad for 6 yrs until recently and accrued approx Eur 75,000 in the company pension scheme.

I am now starting a new job, in a company which has a good DB scheme. However, this job will probably entail moving abroad after 3-4 years working in Ireland, in which case I would move to an international pension scheme.

I am wondering:
1. if there is any point paying into a DB scheme for 3-4 yrs at my age ?
2. is it possible/wise to pay the Eur 75k from my last job into the scheme ? This would perhaps buy me some extra years.
3. Would I be better off paying into a PRSA, which I can continue regardless of where I am working ?

I am 31 yrs old and married with 2 kids.

I understand that my situation is not very common and hence it is difficult to address the question.

Where would be the best place to go for sound advice on pensions? Pension advisors may not be willing to help, as I unlikely to buy a product from them.
