I am seriously considering moving to the US - NY with a view to coming back to Ireland in 10years or so.
I have 8 years contributions built up here in a pension fund.
a) If I did come back to Ireland in 10 years (would be early 40's then) what would the story be on resuming my pension?
b) if I didn't come back would I lose my contributions?
c) would it be advisable to contribute to a pension in the US or is there no point 'cos I wouldn't be able to gain from it?
