Pension Lump Sump contribution questions

1)Let's say if i put a pension lump sump into a product by PTSB & pay entry fee for this year, when i put in another lump sump next year into the same product, i assume there's still be an entry fee?
2) If i decide that i want to put lump sump into another company eg BOI next year instead of PTSB, is that ok or is that wrong?

1) Yes - Unless they agree not to take a charge, which is unlikely.
