Hi,
5 years ago I took early retirement and a pension lump sum I was 34 years employed with this Semi State company. As I will be 60 in December next and will be entitled to start drawing my pension on a fortnightly basis, I want to know if can I withdraw funds from my pension or cash it in so as to allow me pay off a mortage on my home.
