Are any of the lenders doing pension backed mortgages now?
We're looking at using both spouses pension future projection amounts combined, to fund a bigger PPR (got stung in the first boom), along with a standard deposit of about 25% from savings.
Alongside paying the Interest only element we then save and max out pension contributions to cover future risk profile?
Dilosk (correct spelling?) will lend (or will shortly lend) to pension schemes as I understand it, but the "pension mortgage" (i.e. loan cleared by the pension) is a dead duck.
