Has anyone any experience either way of this company, Peninsula? They are personnel, employment law and Health and safety specialists?
They say they take care of helping businesses to set up and follow all HR /personnel laws and then help you out if the business falls foul of any part of the laws ie unfair dismissals etc etc..representing you ( business) in court.. sounds great.
