Pc sum

Hi, just a quick question.

I am in the final stages of buying a house. When I bought the house there were PC SUM allowances for wardrobes, kitchen and fireplace.

The house I picked already had the wardrobe and kitchen fitted so only really had the allowance for the fireplace. The PC SUM for the fireplace is €700.

I checked with the supplier but there weren't any fireplaces I liked so decided to go with a different supplier. What happens to the €700?. Does this come off the overall purchase price of the house or do you still draw down full amount but get refund of the €700?

Basically I'm just wondering will I have an extra €700 cash to buy the fireplace or will it be that the over all cost of mortgage is reduced??

Thanks for any advice!

You generally have to buy from their supplier woth €700 limit or you can add to it if necessary but if you dont buy from them you forfot the money
