PC brand reliability

Does anyone have any knowledge of the above? I nearly bought an Iqon but was told that Fujitsu Siemens are extremely reliable and far superior. Any thoughts on the durability of Iqon/ Fujitsu or any other brand name? Reliability and durability are extremely important to me.

We bought three Fujitsu Siemens Scenic T series PCs about four years ago the all three hard disks failed around a year after and it proved impossible to get them to do anything under the two year warranty. Hardware problems can happen but having this happen with three identical PCs seems pretty odd. This may have been a problem confined to these specific PCs, models or manufacturing batch but I would certainly never buy another Fujitsu Siemens again as a result.

Has anyone used a Phillips iQon for a long period? What do you think of their systems?
