PAYE worker - extra income which should have been PAYE..?

In my field of work I work for many different employers - revenue has explicitly stated that we must be set up as PAYE employees for each employment which in itself causes enough headaches. However a few of my employers didn't put me through the books when they should have - I want to declare this income and pay tax on it as I want to be 100% tax compliant and not be landed with a bill down the line. How do I go about doing this without landing the employers in hot water?? Any help much appreciated
 
You should ask your employers for one of the following - whicever is applicable :
1. P60
2. P45
3. Statement of Earnings

You may be liable for income tax / PRSI / income levy - depending on the aggregate income level .

As you were not put through the books , your employers will be obliged to declare your income on the '' Return of Third Party Information '' if your income in any case exceeds € 3,810
