I am a PAYE employee who started up some online business "after hours". I have registered for Sole Trader account when started it up.

I paid my taxes, etc. via PAYE; And I did not pay any taxes as sole trader. I had lots of expenses/loss in 2008 due to starting this business up and my tax is way overpaid on my PAYE Account. I would love to claim it back.

Does anyone know which form should I fill out? F11 or F12? Revenue sent me F11E.

Thanks!

If you registered for self-assessed Income Tax as a sole trader then Form 11/11E would be the form to file. If that is what Revenue have sent you then you can file that or do online via ROS. You must put both PAYE and self-assessed innocme on the form.
