Pay Tax for Rental Property as a company not PAYE

Hi All

New investor so sorry for the basic questions. Would it be more beneficial for me to transfer my (currently) one rental property to a company i create and pay tax after expenses or is it even possible do you have to pass some financial bar before you can do that?

Currently i pay along with my PAYE
