Anybody got any experience in getting quotes for paving a driveway. Is it cheaper going directly to the likes of Roadstone, buying the materials and then hiring a paving contractor. Or would it just be as cheap to get a paving contracting company to supply and fit everything from start to finish. Grass, shrubs and also concrete drive would have to be removed.

Roadstone are quite expensive for paving, it is worth your while shopping around. Decidew on the type of paving u are getting and then get a recommended person to lquote U for laying it.

Some will charge more for laying different types of paving, for example Natural sandstone takes longer to lay than the cobble lock hence more expensive on labour.
