I Have A Globo 6000 Ci Sat Receiver Which Was Patched To Recieve Tps channels I Am New To This So Dont Know How To Up Date The Patch So It Works Again Any Help Woul Be Appreciated Ps The Reciever Firmware Was Updated Hence Patch Not Working

NTL advised i had cable on my road but their engineer discovered i hadnt so i need to get a sat receiver box. does your box get access to all NTL digitals channels, sky sports, movies etc?

For NTL you need cable plus an NTL (UPC) cable box. If you don't have cable, then to get Sky Sports and movies, you need a dish and a Sky receiver.

For BBC, ITV and other Free-To-Air channels, you can use a generic satellite receiver,

There was a big push last year by people selling cable boxes that could be adapted to receive NTL without payment as they knew that once NTL/UPC upgraded their network, these unauthorised tuners would eventually stop working and they'd be stuck with warehouses full of them.
