Past time to switch back to Equities?

Due to wind of of my previous Pension plan just before the Stock market crash, most of my Pension fund was already converted to cash and my pension fund escaped most of the losses associated with the crash.

However when I had access to the money again about 6 months ago I was nervous about equities and re-invested most of the fund (75%) in bonds (50%) and cash (25%).

I suspect I have already missed some upside on equities due to my cautious approach. I guess its ( past) time to start switching back to equities?

Due to a very flexible company DC sheme there are no charges associated with switching, though choices are limited to a few standard equity and bond funds.

I am 15 years from retirement.
