Myself and 2 partners have a number of properties which we have sourced for renovation. We are wondering whats the best way to move this forward. two of us are full time employed in other employment and 1 is a small time builder (self employed). We are wondering how we should move this forward.
Should we
(1) set-up a company
(2) Draw up a solictiors agreements and split the properties evenly and share the profits. If we are succesful and we do a couple each year would be taxed on capital gain or as income tax?
Any advice would be appreciated.
