Part Time Mechanic

Hi,
My friend has an online auto business and is looking for a mechanic to answer customer queries via eMail on a part time basis however he is having trouble finding a) a mechanic and b) a mechanic familiar with the internet / eMail etc.

Where is the best place to search for this type of person as the regular location are useless?
