I'm looking to rent a car parking spot around the Merrion Square/Baggot Street Area. Anyone know of any for rent? I am willing to pay 200 - 250 per month for one.
I used to work on Flemings Place (the lane beside the Mespil Hotel so it's just at the canal beside Baggot St bridge) - the people who owned the building I worked in also owned a plot beside it with a derelict house on it which they pulled down, they gravelled the level ground and stuck a sign up saying car spaces to rent. I believe Lansdowne Partnership was the name of the estate agent/letting agent. You could try giving them a call. Try other estate agents in the area too.
Dunnes Coal yard on the corner of Baggot Street and Haddington road/ Percy Place, its across from Baggot Street Hospital. He uses his yard for private spaces, it is beside Europcar Car Rental.
I do not know his prices but he will not be too dear
