Parental Leave Query

If an employee was put on a 3 day week and obtained employment elsewhere for the other 2 days, can the employee put in for unpaid parental leave for just one of their jobs or do they have to put in for both jobs?

Also, is someone on parental leave entitled to unemployment benefit or assistance?

The employee doesn't have to be on a parental leave in both jobs. Unless there is a policy on how the parental leave is taken, the employee can take one hour a week parental leave if they wish.

The employee cannot claim UB/A while on PL

It depends on how you want to take the PL.
Lets say you work Mon-Wed in Job1 and Thurs-Fri in Job2.

If you want to take Mondays off on PL, you apply to Job1, its got nothing to do with Job2 what you do on a Monday.

If you want to take the whole week off, you will have to apply to both jobs.
