The three beds are about 80-90sqm and seem to be asking for c. €500K these days. Not sure about the 2 beds in the main development or the smaller 2 beds on Cavalry Row. I can dig out the original brochure which might have more details if you like? There are several different types/layouts of 2/3 beds in the development in case that's of any relevance. However the ones on Cavalry Row are basically identical as far as I know. In most cases the scope for extension is limited but several people have recently done significant attic conversions and some have done some small downstairs extensions too.That's quite a large price differential ! I must work out what the difference is in price is per m2
