Painting floor tiles?

Hi,
Have a problem with some floor tiles showing cracks which I have repaired to the best of my ability but still a bit unsightly! I don't have and can't find any of the same tiles to replace the cracked ones - several years old at this stage. Has anyone tried painting over floor tiles? Someone told me this can be done but only with special paint (containing epoxy?) I did paint kitchen wall tiles - applied a primer and then the paint and they turned out great. Any advice?

Not recommending this supplier per se, but just an example of what's achievable.

You need the two-part / epoxy paint to get the required hardness and resistance to scratching.
