hi all ,can anyone help meout,i started a job last november in contruction i am been paid monthly ans its looking i mite loes my job because ithe houses are not selling,what notice shud my boss give me because i get paid monthly and not weekly,i am not on any contract just a wage

There are minimum notice periods set down in law for which you are entitled to be paid having been informed that you are being let go (whether you work the notice period or, by agreement, don't) but longer periods can be specified in individual contracts of employment.
