Yes, you will get definitely both but it does not matter. P60 is like P45 which gives u detail if u remain with employer and P45 gives u same details when u leave the job. You can use any of them for any tax claims or for anyother tax issue.

p45, a p60 is for those still working there, albeit at year end it wont matter too much

A P60 is only raised for any employee who is in employment on 31st Dec of that particular year so you shouldn't really get both.

Should definately only get a P45.
