P45 and payslip after that

I am in really stressful situation at the moment just looking for advice how to cope with that in the right way.

So the place where I used to work closed and I was let go . I got my P45 on 24.12.14 but I found out that I am missing 35 hours. So I email my employer and he said he will sort me out .
On the 29.01.15 I got paid and he email me to get my payslip. I ask him what is the now the right procedure when I have P45 he said to get paid he had to start me up again as an employee and now he must give me new P45 and the dates on the new p45 will be after 24.12.14 he doesn't know exactly wish days . I am on jobseeker allowance and so much worry that they might think that I was actually working on that time. I contact with the revenue and ask them is it that correct they said that he must give me P45 supplementary but he refuse and said that I am already set up as a new employee . I don't really know how to deal with that I am applying for rent supplement at the moment and they need my p45 I afraid so so much . Any advice will be highly appreciate
 
He should issue a supplementary P45 as you were not re-employed after 24.12.2014 and the dates on a new P45 would therefore be incorrect. I am not sure how you can force the employer to do this though.
