P21 Delay ?

I ordered my p21 for 2010 back in mid december and it still has not come, Is there a delay at this time of year? I thought it only took 7 working days.

Did you use PAYE anytime, or how did you request it?

If you used PAYE anytime you should have gotten it within a few days.

Otherwise, it's probably about the worst time of year to request a manual one from the customer service area, so it could take a bit longer than normal.

No i didnt use paye anytime, I ordered it over the phone and i still have not got it.

Well you may not have noticed, but that section of the tax office are probably about as busy as they're ever likely to be at the moment...!
