Oxigen Investments - Tropical Rainforest Investments?

I was just wondering if anyone has used this company for investments or knows anything about them. It all seems such a great idea, but I can't find anything on their web about how long they are extablished etc. I found them on a google search and just trying to do some background work so that I don't get ripped off!

Just found another one - quadris investments - every heard anything about these either?
