When I topup my oxigen a/c by visa debit card, oxigen charge me 14c for the privilege.
They clearly state it as a 'Credit Card Charge'
I've never been charged a fee for topping up any account with my debit card.
As I will be topping up monthly now I want to challenge them on this.
Have I a case here and if so can anyone point me to some information I could quote.
