Hi All,
My brother in law is a qualified carpenter. He was made redundant for his job in March. He was lucky enough to get another job in June. He's now working for a guy whose wife does all the books.
For the last month, he's been working 60 hours week, He's also been spending €80 on deisel a week, goin to different jobs, collecting supplies etc. (he owns a van.)
He's said it to the boss about getting OT and deisel money. The boss told him to get on to the wife, she deal with all the accounts. She's been fobbing him off, she never seems to be in the office and when he does get her, she's busy and will deal with it tomorrow.
The BIL feels like he's been taken advanyage of, but doesnt want to rock the boat too much incase he loses his job. Any suggestions on how best to deal with this situation? Thanks in advance.
