Oven floor lining dammaged

I decided to give the oven a clean.
I had to used the Mr. Muscle cleaner 3 times to get it clean.
I noticed the bottom was still dirty and thick with dirt.
So I used one of those ceramic scrapers to have a go at it.

I think I have scraped the special lining off the oven floor.
I might have damaged it using so much Mr.M. left it on for an hour during one of the cleans.

Is this a big problem? Will make the oven toxic when cooking?
