Outlook meeting room resource

Hi Guys,

I would like to know if anyone has any information or has any experience on setting up a meeting room in MS Outlook as a resource i.e. if I were to have a meeting I simply open a new email/request and send it to a meeting room address as opposed to a user. This allows me to take ownership of the meeting room for that period of time and conduct a meeting, the meeting room has a calander etc. This is normal practice in most large organisations, it is quite effective but unfortunately I do not have the expertise on setting up. I am sure a resouce is needed on our exchange server. If anyone has any info I would be very grateful. Thanks guys.
