cannot comment on the product itself but this product type tends to suffer from high fees as but the sub-manager and the fund-of-funds or senior manager both collect fees from your capital. have you investigated the fee structure?
1.95% AMC seems high. Especially given that most actively managed funds will not outperform the index over the long term in which case perhaps a lower cost index tracker is a better bet? Are there other charges as well?
