Organising a will any advice ?

I am thinking of organising a will as we are an unmarried couple with our own home, so we need to specify where we want our assests to go.

Can anyone advice how much a will costs, and what paperwork you would need to have to organise one.

You don't need any paperwork. Just make an appt to go and see solicitor-you will probably need to go seperately - or at least you will be seen seperately. And you will normally need two appointments- one to give instructions and the other to sign unless there is a particular urgency.

A will normally costs in the region of €100 plus VAT for a straightforward one. Complexity adds to the cost.
