Health Insurance Options similar to Laya Prime but with 100% Orthopaedic Cover

As per the title. Getting on a bit and need to move to a plan which no shortfall on Orthopaedic cover, I understand this propably only leaves Laya as an option. Decent everyday and outpatients cover important also. Ideally around the same prive if not a little cheaper.

Not sure on the relative prices but on the HIA site if you plug in your plan and compare with Connect Simplicity & Simply Connect Plus.
I think they are higher excesses \ shortfalls than Prime but no shortfall on Orthopaedic.
 
Thanks, these have a 1K cap on out-patients and based on previous years may not be enough. Unsure what way the family transfer works on this.
