My sister is in receipt of OPF payment and works aprox 20 hours per week earing €280. She is pregnant - is she entitled to maternity benifit while retaining OFP? She has worked for over a year but doesn't appear to be paying PRSI on her payslips. This may because of her low income or OPF??Her employer is making PRSI contributions.
