Hello

I've been looking at the OU CPD modules available - link to modules - http://www3.open.ac.uk/courses/bin/p12.dll?SM01. I'm thinking of the Creative Problem Solving one.

Has anyone undertaken any of these? Are they worthwhile?

Also, do you qualify for tax relief on the fees for these? I've looked at the revenue.ie website but it doesn't specifically mention CPD courses.

Thanks

OU is UK's uni. so you probably wont be entitled to relief.
But OU is very well recognised in the world.
Not sure about that course but in overall.

Yes, you will qualify for tax relief. I think that the standard relief now is 20% of maximum of €5k p.a. i.e. you can claim back €1k p.a. from the revenue commissioners.
