Online rental income providers - any recommendations from personal experience?

Just googling rental incomes providers and i see a lot of options such as:

- paylesstax.ie
- rentalincome.ie
- fenero.ie
- taxback.com
- etc etc

I'm looking for a fairly simple solution to complete my 2010 rental income and provisional numbers for 2011 online. Just wondering if people would recommend, from personal experience..... any of the above or other providers at a reasonable cost?

I've never used any of them but just had a quick look at one one them there now. I think for an extra €150 you would probably get to sit down with someone and get some 1 to 1 advice and possibly a lower tax bill too.

and IMO it may not even cost you €150 extra to get a personal service.
 
I would prefer a personal service. No experience of those you've mentioned. I hired my accountant via AAM and am well pleased.
 

What is a rental income provider, is this a new name for a tenant?
