Online Medical Card application

What a poorly designed application form.

There is no way of going back to change an error.

I filled in the form and press the submit button. Then, when I received the results, I noticed that I had put my surname in the first name box and first name in the surname box.

There is no provision to change anything and there is a note that unless the form is filled out correctly it will be refused/returned.

So I tried to submit a new application with the corrections but was refused as an application is in progress with my PPSN (i.e. my original incorrect application).

So I will have to send it in as it is, with the corrections made my hand, as see what happens.

To be honest, as the application has to be printed out, signed and sent in by post, I see no reason why the online application should be any quicker than just posting in a hand written application form.

Any ideas???????=

You can email the services desk and ask them to amend application but I agree a poor system.

I've just crossed ot the incorrect name and inserted the correct one.
I may email them as well.
