Hi there,

I have a Ltd Company e.g. "Company A" set up. The core business as stated on the Memo and Articles is ""To undertake the provision of software consultancy and programming services and any other activities related hereto"

There are two ventures I'm going to be involved in. Both are in different verticals, one in healthcare and the other in manufacturing and I'd like to have seperate identies for each.

My question is whether I can register two trading names with the CRO, different domain names, branding, etc, etc and have the same set of books under Company A Ltd. for both of these?

Thanks

Yes, the company can register as many business names as it wants. Are both your "verticals" (healthcare and manufacturing) related to the provision of software consultancy and programming services? If not, you may need to consider broadening your principal objects clause.
