Once-off document shredding

Sometime this year I plan to do a major purge of lots of old documents that go back before, say, 2000. I have a shredder but this purge will most likely yield about as much paper as will fit in the back of Mrs. F's car, so my little shredder would probably have a palpitation.

Anyone know if there's somewhere you can bring a car-load of documents to be shredded and the approximate cost? Most of the commercial services seem to be more interested in larger, regular accounts.

Cyclone Couriers offer a shredding service where the truck comes to your premises. We get them once every two years when we purge our files. I think there is a call out charge and then it goes by the time taken for the shredding, I am not sure. Would be worth giving them a ring. They will do it as a once off, so you dont need to give them a long term contract.
