On the Dole. Looking for a free start your own business course.

Im on the Dole and i want to get off it asap, does anyone one know of a good start your own business course it would be nice if it was free.

Have a look at your local County Enterprise Boards' website - many of them run start your own business type courses.

County Enterprise courses are fee paying for all regardless of your employment status or means (in my area anyway).

OP you should register with FAS if you haven't already done so. You are entitled to free training if you are unemployed or on income support. Most centres have start your own business courses commencing the second week in January.

FAS have a good one but you have to have an idea / proposal before you can get on the course.
