on line retail:delivery included vs. free delivery

Hi,
does anyone know of the pros or cons of stating "delivery included" or "free delivery" on a retail website?

Obviously there is no such thing as "free delivery", someone has to pay for it, i.e the consumer as part of the purchase price, so how can it be used legitimately.

"Delivery included" seems a more accurate statement.

This might seem a quirky thread but I got to thinking...

any thoughts?
 
I would state 'free delivery'. Old trick but still works pretty well.
 
delivery included ! ...if i said "Ill arrange collection - could i get it cheaper" ?
 
thanks for the replies, I'm with you Stanley, delivery included is very matter of fact.
Do you readers consider it dishonest or just stupid to state free delivery ?
 
is this free delivery/delivery included to anywhere in the world?
