Have full stamps for year 2007, 2008 but currently on jobseekers benefit.
If I was to find part-time work for a month or two and finish up on week 24 or later, during 2009, would I be eligible for full maternity benefit (assuming salary in 2007 indicated that). Would it matter if work was part-time or would a person need to be full time?
Will be coming off benefit and pretty sure that I won't qualify for JSA so would like to get something if I'm eligible.
I'm thinking it might be easier to pick up a part-time position for a few months so that I can qualify but not sure if that would give me same entitlements regarding stamps etc..
