OLD Quarter Ballincollig

Has anyone any views on Old Quarter in ballincollig, Cork??? We are planning to buy new 3 Bed Semi-Detached House. What do you guys think? Is it worth buying house there?Builder is asking 325000 at the moment, but after some haggling he has come down to 310000.
 
There is alot more haggling to be done there, that is under a 5% drop, current climate should see those houses going for a lot less. Go away and let him sweat for 6 months and see what offer he accepts then!
 
Agree again - get as much as you can out of builder - it's a buyers market. Also ask builder about parking restrictions - they are to be introduced in estates off the main road in Ballincollig. The location of the estate is however very good - good luck in your new home
 
325K is a ridiculous price for a 3 bed semi in ballincollig. Have patience, sitting out some of 2009 could save you huge sums of money
