Hi,
Looking for advice. Living in old cottage (1900ish) where septic tank was probably put down in the 1960's or so.
It fills with water frequently and I'd say the flow is desperate aswell as pipes from loo to septic tank get blocked fairly often and have to be cleared. We've less than quarter of an acre - so where do I begin to look for someone to repair what's there or price a new percolation system etc...?
